Award winning filmmakers Kerry Heysen-Hicks and Scott Hicks looked for the best team for their vineyards as they look for the best crew when making a film.


Ben Riggs was brought in to work his magic on the grapes that were to become the signature of the Yacca Paddock Vineyards – the Dolcetto and the Shiraz Tannat.


Ben also sources the grapes for his Tempranillo and Riesling under his Mr. Riggs label from Yacca Paddock Vineyards, both of which have received prestigious recognition in SA and abroad.  Mr Riggs Tempranillo was a Trophy Winner at the inaugural Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine and Spirit competition, winning Best Tempranillo and Blends for his “Yacca Paddock” Tempranillo 2007 and The Adelaide Advertiser newspaper recently featured Mr Riggs Yacca Paddock Riesling in their Top 100 wines.
